Discounted Service Hours	Labor Hours are discounted from our normal business hourly rate. Set appointment times for monthly service including emergency response.
Roll-Over Service Hours	Labor Hours Roll over. So, if we don't meet your needs during one month, we will credit your account for the next month.

Web Hosting	Uni-Point will host your provided web page which includes the following: Domain Registration 100MB of Data Storage DNS Hosting Service Web Statistics Page
E-Mail Hosting	E-mail Accounts, Backup Mail Spooling
Remote Monitoring	Network Monitoring Uni-Point will monitor your network remotely, providing 24 hour monitoring of the following listed below: Server(s), Internet Connection(s) and Server Services. Uni-Point provides immediate notification to technicians for problem resolution. Resolution will be addresses remotely or On-Site as deemed necessary Client will be notified of any scheduled on-site appointment prior to dispatch. Notification of problem to client via e-mail, pager when problems occur. Notification to client via e-mail, pager when problem resolved. The amount of servers, connections and services are dependant on the service plan.
Secure Off-Site Backup Services	Network Backup Uni-Point RemoteBAK backup service of your critical network files. Amount of backup dependant on service plan.
Access to remote Support	Uni-Point will configure your network for secure remote access via Uni-Point's Remote Support Program. Should you experience network trouble, Uni-Point in most cases log in remotely and solve the problem. Remote support saves time. Your network is fixed faster and costs less than an on-site visit.
Discounted Uni-Point Services	Discounted Uni-Point Services: Access to discount Database, Web Site Design and Programming.
Client Centric Control Panel	Clients have access to client control panel which provides details specific to client's account: Web stats, Network Monitoring, E-Mail configuration etc.
